Service Description

This 60 minute session focuses on clearing out the charka centers to restore their energetic flow. When they are blocked and stagnant; energy can build up within the body causing pain, insomnia, anxiety, and many other ailments. Lets remove that which is no longer serving your highest good, and restore the balance. This session is available for both in person and distance.
