Wednesday Meditation

Hello sweet soul family, 

I host meditaion on Wednesday nights at 6:00 PM here in Athens Ga in Rabbit Hole Studios yoga/classrom.  Here you have access to yoga mats, couches, chairs, and pillows provided to get in a comfortable poistion for the duration of the 45 minute meditaion.  Should you wish to lie down I ask that your head be towards center of circle, feet to the walls. Each week will begin with bit of guided breath work to get your mind focused on being present in the moment with your body.  As we get centered into our breath, I will walk you through clearing out your grounding of blocks, stagnat energy and invasive beings.  Once your grounding has become a steady flow to the heart of Gaia.  I will guide you through placing a protective circle of white light around your grounding to keep out that which doesn't belong.  Now centered and grounding protected I will guide you deeper into your medtative state.  Each week will be a different focus for the deeper meditation ranging from chakra repair, aura repair, higherself connection and guidance, ancestor guidance, animal oracle cards, etc.
