About the event
Come as you are to get some soul healing. We will, weather permitting, meet outback under the trees to get our minds calm and bodies connected to the earth. This meditation we will be focusing on being in the present moment. As this will be a 45 minute guided session I would suggest bringing a mat, pillow and or blanket with you to be as comfotable as possible.
There will be a alter set up should you feel called to bring somthing to gift back to the universe.
***Sage and other incense will be used for smudging each individual proior to beginning; please be aware if you have reactive airways in any manner.
This service is offered on a donation basis, pay what you can for the energy exchange.
